Those of you who have been around our table know we enjoy your company with a glass of wine and good food, that we take the time and joy to prepare. Your feedback has always been very positive.
At our small retirement party last year, we received a variety of gifts and ideas. Among them were travel books, notebooks to write our memoirs in, and a suggestion we create a blog about our travels and our retirement experiences on a relatively small budget.
So here we are, joining the blog community long after everybody else. We took time mulling over the idea and even now we are not sure how much of our limited time we want to spend doing it. We don’t know much about blogging – does this have something to do with old-time diaries, but more public? We don’t know how to store our stuff on the cloud – isn’t our basement an ideal storage place? We are not quite social on social media – isn’t a conversation around our table or in a pub over a glass of wine or beer just fine? However, with our friends scattered around the world this is not easily achievable. So here, we invite you to join us at our e-Table.
